Installing this build is very easy. If you have a build which is 8400 or newer, you'll have to clean install, else you may be able to upgrade. Download the archive and extract the .iso file. Mount it and run setup.exe. Go ahead without getting updates (doesn't work anymore) and select upgrade or custom. Wait for the installer to finish and enjoy.

This is because drivers are missing. In this case, you'll need to gather and manually install the drivers. Please go to your manufacturer's/matherboard's website in order to get them.

Windows Defender isn't going to update automatically. It's because its version is not anymore supported for automatic updates. You need to download the latest definition package and open it with administrator privileges in order to update Windows Defender.

You need to install an old version of VMware Tools, VMware Tools 10, which you can get from the Download Center.
